Katie is an absolutely phenomenal wedding photographer. In addition to possessing a wonderful personality (we were pretty disorganized getting ready, and she even ran a few errands to make preparation smoother), she's very talented. She knew exactly what shots to get, and the quality of her work is excellent, both in original composition and editing. I was very sick the day of our wedding and having trouble concentrating, and with almost no input from me, she still managed to capture the spirit of our wedding. My husband and I were blown away by our wedding photos (which we got back several days before expected), and we loved receiving digital copies (no watermarks!) so that we can pick and choose which ones we want for prints. If you want amazing service for a great price (and believe me, you will not get a better offer for price), Katie is an absolute gem. I cannot recommend her enough. --Rachel F.
We used Katie for engagement photos--our initial photographer cancelled at the last minute, and she really worked with us in a pinch. We took them at a place that required a drive up the Blue Ridge Parkway and a mini hike, and she happily agreed.
